1. The service

Brandiz.io is an AI content team. It reads your website, then plans, writes, designs and publishes social posts and videos for your business, with your approval. We are in early access, so features may change as we build. We'll tell you before we remove something you use.

2. Your account

Use your real name and a work email you control. Keep sign-in links to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account, including what the people you invite approve.

3. Your brand and your content

You own your brand, your uploads and the content we make for you. You let us use them to make, check and publish your content, and to run the service. You confirm you have the right to use everything you give us, including logos, photos, music and the people in them.

4. You approve what goes out

Nothing posts to your accounts without your approval, unless you switch on automatic approval for low-risk posts yourself. You are responsible for what you approve. Read every post before you approve it.

5. About AI

Our AI can make mistakes. We check numbers, prices and claims against facts you confirmed, and we never invent reviews or testimonials, but the final check is yours.

6. Fair use

Don't use Brandiz.io to:

• break the law, or anyone's rights (copyright, trademarks, privacy);
• mislead people: fake reviews, fake results, or pretending to be someone else;
• send spam, or post hateful, violent or sexual content;
• attack, overload or copy the service.

We may pause an account that does, and we'll tell you why.

7. Social networks

When you publish through Brandiz.io, each network's own rules apply. Networks can change their rules, limit posts or stop working for a while; we'll do our best, but we can't control them.

8. Plans and payment

Packages and prices are on the pricing page, in US dollars, billed monthly. Your first poster is free. If you ask within 24 hours of your first payment, from Billing, we refund that day's payments in full and your package ends; during those 24 hours a package makes at most 3 posts and 2 reels. This refund is offered once per business. You can change or cancel any time: a bigger package starts at once and you pay the difference for the rest of the month, a smaller one starts at your next renewal, and a cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you paid for.

9. Ending

You can stop using Brandiz.io and ask us to delete your workspace at any time (see Privacy). We may end the service for an account that breaks these terms.

10. Liability

We provide Brandiz.io as it is, and we work hard to keep it reliable and accurate. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.

11. Changes

If we change these terms, we update the date at the top and tell you by email before a change that matters takes effect.
