What Brandiz.io collects, why, who helps us run it, and how you stay in control. In plain words.
The short version
- We read only public web pages, and only when you ask us to.
- We use your data to make and publish your content. We never sell it.
- Nothing is posted to your accounts without your approval.
- No advertising trackers. The only cookies keep you signed in.
What we collect
- Your account: your name and email address.
- Your website: when you give us a web address, we read its public pages (we follow the site's robots.txt rules) and build your brand kit from them: logo, colours, fonts, voice, and facts with the page each one came from.
- Your public social posts: when you give us your Instagram account or Facebook page, or tick it as yours, we read its latest public posts (the pictures, their captions and how many people reacted) through Apify. We keep up to eight of them as your past posts to learn your look and voice, and you can remove any of them in Style. We never sign in to your accounts and never read anyone else's.
- What you add: photos, videos, files, links and answers you give us, and the facts you confirm.
- Your work with us: drafts, your edits, approvals and comments. We keep each version so you can go back, and so your team learns how you like things.
- Connected accounts: when you connect a social account or Postiz, we keep the access token encrypted and use it only to publish what you approved and to read your posts' results.
- The free brand read on our home page: it reads up to two public pages of the site you type in and shows you the result. We don't store the result. To stop abuse, we count requests per internet address for ten minutes.
How we use it
- To plan, write, design, check and publish your content.
- To learn your preferences from your edits, for your workspace only.
- To keep the service safe, and to tell you about your account.
We send your brand details and drafts to our AI providers so they can write and check your content. Under their commercial terms they do not train their models on the data we send.
Who helps us
These companies process data for us, only to do their job:
- Supabase: Accounts, sign-in, the database and file storage.
- Vercel: Hosting the website and the app.
- Anthropic: The AI models that read, plan, write and check your content.
- OpenRouter: Passing your brand's pictures and our prompts to the AI models that make pictures, short video clips and music for your posts and reels, and small copies of your finished reels, and of the past videos you add, to Google's Gemini model, which watches them to check them and learn your style.
- fal: Cutting the subject out of your photos and product pictures, so posters can use them.
- ElevenLabs: Voice-overs for your reels, from the words in each reel's script.
- Microsoft Azure: Urdu voice-overs for your reels, from the words in each script.
- Stripe: Payments, invoices, refunds and your billing details.
- Resend: Sending our emails to you: daily briefs, approvals and invites.
- Apify: Reading the latest public posts of the Instagram and Facebook accounts you give us, so new posts fit your feed.
- Zernio: Publishing to the social accounts you connect through it.
- Postiz: Publishing, only if you connect your own Postiz account.
When you publish, the social networks you post to receive the post. Their own privacy rules apply there. We add a provider to this list before it receives any of your data.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is open. You can ask us to delete your workspace at any time: we delete it, with its files and connected-account tokens, within 30 days.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do any of these, reply to any email we have sent you.
Security
Each business's data is kept apart from every other business's, access tokens are encrypted, and our team sees only what it needs to run the service.
