## What happens to every post

1. **Made from your facts**: The team writes from your website and the facts you confirmed. Each fact keeps the page it came from.
2. **Checked in code**: Every number, price and claim must match a confirmed fact. A post that states something the team can't source is flagged before you see it as ready.
3. **Waits for you**: Approve it with a tap from your daily brief, ask for a change, or disapprove it. Nothing goes out without your yes.
4. **Kept as a version**: A change never overwrites a post: it becomes a new version, with your note kept beside it, so you can see what changed and why.

## The truth checks

The same checks read every word that goes out, including captions you write yourself.

### Numbers need a source

A price, a discount, a count or a result must match a fact you confirmed. If it's true and new, confirm it with one tap and it's kept for every post after.

### No invented praise

The team never writes reviews or testimonials, and never claims prizes, rankings or certificates you don't hold.

### Store prices as the store shows them

When a poster features one of your products, its price is quoted exactly as your store shows it.

### Words in the right place

On a 9:16 story or reel, words, the logo and the key picture stay inside the safe area, clear of the networks' own bars and buttons.

## What we keep, and who helps us

We keep your brand kit, your confirmed facts, your posts and their versions so the team can work for you. A small number of providers help us run the service, such as hosting, payments and the AI models; each one, and what it does, is listed in our privacy notice.

## What checks can't do

Guardrails reduce risk. They don't replace your judgement.

- Avoid: AI can still be wrong, dull or off-key for the moment: read each post before you approve it.
- Avoid: A fact you confirm is taken as true, so confirm only what is.
- Avoid: Each network applies its own rules and can limit or remove a post.
- Avoid: Posting straight to your accounts is coming soon; until then, you post the approved files yourself.

No. By default every post waits for your yes, one tap from your daily brief. Later you can let simple posts go out on their own, with time to undo.

### What happens when a post states something the team can't source?

It's flagged before it can be approved. You change the words, or, if it's true, confirm it as a fact with one tap, and it's kept for every post after.

### Will it write customer reviews for me?

No. The team never writes reviews or testimonials. If you have real ones, you can give them to the team as facts.
